GC · COMEX GOLD

The Gold Read.
On Gold's Own Clock.

Gold trades globally, and its overnight is real: Asian and London hours carry genuine information the way they never do on an index. The GC edition reads gold's own schedule: the London morning, the COMEX open, the afternoon settle. It's built for a market that never really sleeps.

One engine, five markets · each tuned to how its market trades

WHAT MAKES THE GC EDITION DIFFERENT

Same Engine.
Tuned to COMEX Gold.

The situational-awareness engine is the same one refined over seven years on the S&P. What changes per market is the calibration: the sessions, levels, and risks that are specific to GC.

A real overnight

Unlike an index, gold's Asian and London sessions carry weight. The edition keeps overnight structure at full standing instead of discounting it.

Gold's session map

COMEX open, the London overlap, the 1:30 ET settle: the edition weights session quality to gold's actual institutional windows.

The settlement level

Gold's daily settlement is a reference the next session trades against. The edition tracks it as a first-class level.

Everything volatility-relative

Gold's ranges expand and compress violently around macro prints. Every threshold in the edition scales to current volatility rather than a fixed point value.

“One market at a time. Built like it’s the only one.”

The S&P edition carries seven years of live-tape refinement: it’s our home market. The GC edition runs the same proven engine, calibrated to COMEX Gold. Trade the market you know best; the read comes with you.

MARKET-SPECIFIC CALIBRATION

How the GC edition reads gold

Gold answers to different masters than the index futures: the dollar, real yields, and a trading day that starts in London before New York wakes up. The GC edition is calibrated for that character rather than treating gold like a slow stock index.

It runs on gold’s clock. London’s morning, the COMEX open, the settle: gold’s liquidity and its turning points cluster around hours the equity session model would miss entirely. The GC session model weights level tests by where they fall in gold’s own day, so an overnight touch and a COMEX-hours rejection aren’t scored as the same event.

It carries a commodity macro model. Gold’s bigger moves are frequently macro moves. The GC edition’s market-context layer is built for a commodity: the backdrop reads that inform conviction are gold-relevant, not borrowed from an equity-index playbook.

Patience is calibrated in. Gold can grind a level for hours and then resolve in minutes. The consolidation-versus-resolution reads are tuned to GC’s rhythm, so the tool doesn’t mistake gold’s ordinary quiet for a dead market: or its sudden resolution for noise.

Locked to its market. The edition is hard-locked to GC and MGC, with zone widths, stop context, and trade-health reads defined in gold’s points. Everything you’d recognize from ES: the Rail, the eight setups, Order Flow on the TradingView Premium plan membership requires: works identically. The calibration underneath is what makes it gold’s.

If the metal is your market, trade it with a read built for its hours, its drivers, and its temperament.

QUICK ANSWERS

Should I pick GC or an index edition?

Pick your market. Gold answers to macro drivers and hours the index futures don’t share: if the metal is what you watch, the GC edition is calibrated for it. Setups, alerts, and the read itself are identical across editions.

Does the GC edition work on MGC?

Yes. The edition is locked to GC and its micro, MGC, and reads both identically. The micro is a clean way to trade gold’s full read at smaller dollar risk.

What do I need to run it?

A TradingView Premium plan (or Ultimate), the tier that unlocks the live Order Flow data: plus the GC single-market membership at $150/mo, or All-Access. New TradingView users get $15 off through our partner link.
