These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Serious Alpha LLC (“Serious Alpha, ” “we, ” “us, ” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the serious-alpha.com website and all products and services offered through it, including the SA Reversal System™ indicator, The Operator Course, onboarding and member materials, Alpha Read™ library, and any community features offered (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Serious Alpha is offered as a membership that includes a proprietary TradingView indicator (SA Reversal System™) with live Order Flow analysis (built in), guided onboarding and a setup playbook, The Operator Course, the full Indicator User Guide, the Alpha Read™ library, a weekly market note, community coming soon, and all updates released during your membership. The standard membership is billed monthly at $150/month and may be cancelled at any time. At launch, a limited founding tier of 100 members is offered in two forms: 25 Founding Lifetime seats at a one-time payment of $1,500 for lifetime access, and 75 Founding Rate-Lock seats at $1,500 per year for All-Access at a rate that will not increase for as long as the membership remains continuously active. A Founding Rate-Lock membership may be cancelled at any time; if it lapses or is cancelled, the locked rate ends and any subsequent membership is at the prices then in effect. Once all 100 seats are filled, the founding tier closes and does not reopen. A 14-day paid trial of the ES edition is offered at $20, charged once at signup, which converts to the $150/month membership on day 15 unless cancelled before the trial ends. The $20 trial fee is non-refundable. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and may change for future members with notice; your existing rate will be honored per the tier you purchased.
The Serious Edge is a free weekly newsletter. By subscribing, you consent to receive marketing and educational emails. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Upon activation of your membership, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SA Reversal System indicator and member materials for your personal, non-commercial trading. This license is granted to a single individual and a single TradingView account, and remains in effect for as long as your membership is active (or, for founding lifetime members, for the life of the product). Access is provisioned and removed by adding or removing your TradingView username from the invite-only indicator.

All content, code, scoring methodologies, member materials, branding, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Serious Alpha remain the exclusive property of Serious Alpha LLC. Your membership grants a license to use, not ownership of, these materials.
Serious Alpha™, SA Reversal System™, The Serious Edge™, Alpha Read™, and Confidence Guarantee™ are trademarks of Serious Alpha LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
Serious Alpha participates in the TradingView Partner Program. Where we link to TradingView, that link carries a partner identifier and we may receive a commission if you subscribe to a paid TradingView plan after using it. This costs you nothing extra. New TradingView users receive a $15 discount toward their plan through that link, subject to TradingView’s own terms; the discount applies only to people who have not held a TradingView account before.
TradingView is an independent third party. Your subscription is a contract between you and TradingView, billed by them, and governed by their terms. We do not control their pricing, promotions, or refunds, and we cannot resolve billing issues on their behalf. Our commission does not influence the requirement itself: the SA Reversal System™ needs a Premium or Ultimate plan because that is what unlocks the live Order Flow data, and you are free to subscribe through any route you prefer.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect existing purchases.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy. In summary: the $20 trial fee and monthly membership payments are non-refundable, and the monthly membership may be cancelled at any time to stop all future billing. The Serious Alpha Confidence Guarantee™ applies to both founding tiers, for 30 calendar days from the original purchase, subject to the eligibility conditions set out in that policy. Nothing in this section limits any right you hold that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the business, or is otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to sharing account access, redistributing materials, initiating unauthorized chargebacks, or engaging in abusive behavior toward staff or community members.
Serious Alpha provides trading education and tools: not financial advice. Nothing on our website, in our member materials, in the indicator, in the Alpha Read library, in The Serious Edge newsletter, or in any communication from Serious Alpha constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.
Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any performance statistics referenced are based on historical backtesting and live trading data using specific setups under specific conditions. Individual results will vary based on market conditions, execution, risk management, and adherence to the system rules as taught.
You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making any trading decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serious Alpha LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serious Alpha LLC, its owner, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our Services integrate with or reference third-party platforms including TradingView, payment processors, and email service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Serious Alpha LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
