The Serious Alpha™ Confidence Guarantee™

We built this system to work — and we teach it clearly enough that any disciplined trader can execute it. We stand behind that claim with a structured guarantee designed to protect both you and the integrity of the system.

30-Day Guarantee Period

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to evaluate the Serious Alpha™ System. During this period, you are expected to complete the full video course and apply the system as taught.

Step 1: Coaching Call

If after 30 days you are not seeing results, contact us at [email protected]. We will schedule a one-on-one coaching session to review your trades, diagnose what may be going wrong, and help you get on track. Most issues stem from small execution errors — a misread signal, a skipped rule, or an emotional override. We will find it and help fix it.

Step 2: Resolution

If after the coaching call the system genuinely is not for you, and you can demonstrate via recorded screen sessions that you followed every rule as taught, we will work with you on a resolution. This may include a partial or full refund at our discretion, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the Confidence Guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You have completed all 15 video course modules in full.
• You have used the SA Reversal System™ indicator for a minimum of 20 trading sessions.
• You can provide recorded screen sessions demonstrating that you followed the system rules exactly as taught, including adherence to the closed candle rule, proper grade selection, and trade management protocols.
• Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.
• You have participated in at least one coaching call with the Serious Alpha team.

What Is Not Covered

• Requests based solely on change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal financial circumstances.
• Failure to complete the course materials or use the indicator as directed.
• Losses incurred from deviating from the system rules as taught.
• Requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period.
• Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or attempted reverse-engineering of the indicator or course materials.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of resolution and returned to the original method of payment. If a refund is issued, your TradingView indicator access will be revoked and all course materials must be deleted from your devices.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and collection action for any outstanding amounts. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and directly.
