These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Serious Alpha LLC (“Serious Alpha,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the serious-alpha.com website and all products and services offered through it, including the SA Reversal System™ indicator, video course, Alpha Read™ library, and community access (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our Services. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Serious Alpha System is a one-time purchase that includes a 15-module video course, a proprietary TradingView indicator (SA Reversal System™) with optional live Order Flow analysis, a 29-chapter Indicator User Guide, the Alpha Read™ library, desktop and mobile setup guides, community access, and all future updates. The founding member price of $1,497 is available to the first 250 enrollees and increases to $3,497 thereafter.
The Serious Edge is a free weekly newsletter. By subscribing, you consent to receive marketing and educational emails. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the SA Reversal System indicator and course materials for your personal, non-commercial trading education. This license is granted to a single individual and a single TradingView account.

Serious Alpha™, SA Reversal System™, The Serious Edge™, Alpha Read™, and Confidence Guarantee™ are trademarks of Serious Alpha LLC. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect existing purchases.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy (the Serious Alpha Confidence Guarantee™). By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in that policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or the business, or is otherwise objectionable. This includes but is not limited to sharing account access, redistributing materials, initiating unauthorized chargebacks, or engaging in abusive behavior toward staff or community members.
Serious Alpha provides trading education and tools — not financial advice. Nothing on our website, in our course, in the indicator, in the Alpha Read library, in The Serious Edge newsletter, or in any communication from Serious Alpha constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serious Alpha LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serious Alpha LLC, its owner, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Our Services integrate with or reference third-party platforms including TradingView, payment processors, and email service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Serious Alpha LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
