The 14-day ES trial costs $20, charged once at signup, and it gives you full member access to the ES edition for fourteen days.
The $20 trial fee is non-refundable. That is the whole point of it. It is priced low enough to be a genuinely small risk and high enough that the people who take it are serious. You are paying $20 to find out, and finding out is exactly what you get, whichever way you decide.
If you want to continue, do nothing: the membership converts to $150/month on day 15. If you do not, cancel any time before the trial ends and you will never be billed the monthly membership. Cancelling during the trial does not refund the $20.
The monthly membership is $150/month. Monthly payments are not refundable, in full or in part.
What you get instead is an unconditional exit. Cancel at any time from your account, for any reason or none, and you are never billed again. Your membership stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then access ends. There is no term, no notice period, and no cancellation fee.
We do not prorate or refund partial months, unused days, or months in which you did not trade. If a renewal date is coming up and you have decided the tool is not for you, cancel before it bills. That is the control you have, and it is complete.
The Serious Alpha™ Confidence Guarantee™ applies to both founding tiers. It does not apply to the trial or to monthly memberships.
Both founding tiers carry a 30-day guarantee: Founding Lifetime ($1,500 one-time) and Founding Rate-Lock ($1,500 per year). If within 30 calendar days of your original purchase the tool genuinely is not earning its place on your chart, here is how we handle it.
Founding Rate-Lock renewals. The guarantee covers your first payment only. Each annual renewal thereafter is non-refundable, and you may cancel at any time before a renewal bills to stop it. Cancelling ends the locked rate: if you rejoin later, it is at the prices in effect at that time.
Contact us and we will schedule a one-on-one session to make sure the tool is installed, wired, and reading correctly, and that you are seeing what it shows. Most issues are small: a setup step missed, or a read misinterpreted. We will find it and help fix it.
If after that call it genuinely is not for you, and you can demonstrate via recorded screen sessions that you set up and applied the tool as taught, we will work with you on a resolution. This may include a partial or full refund at our discretion, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
To qualify for the founding guarantee, you must meet all of the following:
Approved founding-tier refunds will be processed within 10 business days of resolution and returned to the original method of payment. If a refund is issued, your TradingView indicator access will be revoked and all member materials must be deleted from your devices.
Payments are processed by our merchant of record, who may hold obligations to you under applicable consumer law in your country. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law of your jurisdiction.
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and collection action for any outstanding amounts. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and directly.

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States. Serious Alpha LLC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
